The pasture irrigation well is powered with an 85 HP John Deer diesel motor with a 3,000-gallon fuel tank. The two house wells are tied into a solar powered water system with electric grid backup. One well is 450 ft deep with the pump set at 320 ft and tests at 600 gallons per minute. These wells pump into a 6,000-gallon storage tank, and overflow goes to a nearby stock pond. The tank feeds into the pressure system which supplies water to both houses and the entire shop area. The third well is tied to the grid to be used for backup. The entire system runs trouble-free and operates efficiently with virtually no maintenance.

The wooded back acreage, with giant oak trees and ponds, add to this diverse property located halfway between Stockdale and Seguin, 50 miles to downtown San Antonio, 60 miles to Austin, 170 miles to Houston. Owner financing available.
